Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Accountable to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets as well as intermediate sales forecasts
- Develop and manage pipeline and advance sales opportunities through sales process to close
- Perform face-to- face product sales presentations along with application engineering team on SIEMENS DISW engineering simulation software solutions including PLM, provide quotations, negotiate deals, obtain purchase orders and contracts.
- Regular and disciplined development of pipeline, sales forecast and opportunity / account / contact management
- Through continual contact with various levels and departments within customer organizations, extend and elevate relationships by working to further understand needs, barriers to simulation adoption, improvement opportunities and circumstances regarding the process of engineering product development.
- Manage relationships with partners and external stakeholders

Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Work alongside the sales team to apply technical knowledge of the Simcenter 3D Simulation portfolio, leveraging a combination of application and domain expertise, to a variety of customers
- Conduct technical discussions with customers to collect and understand simulation requirements and propose solutions that clearly articulate the Siemens value proposition
- Develop and contribute to proof of concepts, demonstrations, trainings, and execute benchmarks of the Simcenter Portfolio
- Document pursuits for review to improve performance and success
- Assist in closing sales by demonstrating the value and benefits of solutions
- Contribute to the product development roadmap by evaluating current product functionality, identifying customer needs, monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer requirements to the Siemens Simcenter Product Development Organization

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field, with focus on computational methods, preferably in structural mechanics
- Experience using commercial Mechanical Analysis Tools, e.g. Simcenter 3D, Simcenter Nastran, ANSYS Mechanical or Abaqus
- Motivated to learn, can quickly pick-up and demonstrate new ideas and concepts
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%

- Working knowledge of common design processes in one of the following industries: Aerospace, Automotive, Medical/Pharma, Electronics Cooling, Semi-Conductors, etc.
- Familiarity with state of the art CAD systems (preferably NX CAD)
